Merzouga Oasis & Village & Khamlea village
Morning or afternoon half day exploration of the fascinating some of the desert villages of Morocco tours the local villages in the immediate Erg Chebbi vicinity.  Your excursion circumnavigates the magnificent Erg Chebbi dunes takes you first to the black Moroccan village of Khamlea, famous for its singers and then to the Berber village of Merzouga where you can share a cup of refreshing mint tea with a local Berber family.  Morning excursion includes lunch in Merzouga before returning to Assif n’Itrane deluxe camp.  Approximately 3 -4 hours.
Rissiani and Erfoud
Half day or full day excursion to the desert town of Erfoud and the village of Rissiani. Erfoud is the centre of the incredibly vast Morocco fossil fields and the date trade. You visit the local market areas and see the ruins of the once fabulous rich independent city state of Silljimassa.
Todra Gorge & Oasis
This Morocco desert tours westward journey takes you to where the High Atlas Mountains and the Morocco desert meet. You explore the beautiful Todra Gorge carved out of the mountainsides of the High Atlas Mountains by the Todra River, marvel at the extensive lush Todra oasis and can investigate the busy local town and market of Tingehir. Depart Assif n’Itrane deluxe camp at approximately 9 am and return approximately 4 pm.
Todra Gorge & Dades Gorge
This Morocco desert adventure to two of the High Atlas Gorges of Morocco tours both Todra Gorge and Dades Gorge. Todra Gorge carved out of the High Atlas Mountains by the Todra River opens to the extensive date palm groves of the Todra oasis. Stunning Dades Gorge is populated with Berber kasbahs, fig and almond orchards and unique rock formations. Depart Assif n’Itrane deluxe camp at approximately 8 am and return approximately 5 pm.
Ziz Gorge & Villages of the Ziz Valley
A full day excursion following the Ziz River through the Ziz Valley travelling via Erfoud and Er-rachidia and up into the High Atlas Mountains where you will get a bird’s eye view of the beautiful Ziz Gorge with its vast date palm groves. Your route travels through Erfoud and Er-rachidia. Depart Assif n’Itrane deluxe camp at approximately 9 am and return approximately 5 pm.
